Today and all last week I had problems finding quotes which I felt were suitable to share. Believe it or not, but, I put a lot of work into finding quotes that inspires me and possibly be an inspiration to others. I will not feed your soul what I will not allow my soul to taste first. I spiritually eat first not because I’m greedy; but, because I’m truly concerned about what I spiritual serve to people. As God would have it, the Universe opened up and gave me a quote today by Cherie Roe Dirksen:
Love is what binds us, respect is what unites us.
To have love and respect for all life forms guarantees you an excellent quality of life because you will be walking around in sheer reverence to all you come across.
There will never be a dull or uninspired moment. ~Cherie Roe Dirksen

The recognition of the law of the cause and effect, also known as karma, is a fundamental key to understand how you’ve created your world, with actions of your body, speech and mind. When you truly understand karma, then you realize you are responsible for everything in your life. It is incredibly empowering to know that your future is in your hands. ~Keanu Reeves

Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words. Keep your words positive because your words become your behavior. Keep your behavior positive because your behavior becomes your habits. Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values. Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny. ~ Mahatma Gandhi
Some years ago my friend ordered a CD program called “Time Robbers.” And he told me about the program at the beginning of this year. As he shared with me how he monitors his time I remember thinking “he really needs to get a life” and “why would I want to take minutes, if not hours, from my busy schedule to investigate what was stealing my time.” Little did I realize my thoughts were negative, and, more importantly, they were keeping me hostage to situations I wanted to be freed from.
Then as I began my recent journey focusing on positive thoughts, having a positive attitude and cultivating positive actions, it became clear that my shortsightedness was a negative emotion that kept me “behind the eight ball” by hindering me from capitalizing off the 86, 400 seconds we’re given each day. Since I’ve started watching how I spend my time I have a full schedule with completing projects. So, how are you spending your time today?

Now I see why reading was illegal for black people during slavery. I discover that I think in words. The more words I know, the more things I can think about….Reading was illegal because if you limit someone’s vocab, you limit their thoughts. They can’t even think of freedom because they don’t have the language to. ~M. K. Asante
I have this neighbor and she makes a daily list of things she needs to do or complete. Her house is spotless. Her lawn looks amazing! Her health is excellent. She looks younger than 51 years old. She has a body that would put a twentyish to shame. She drove her ex-husband crazy with her list. She makes her children run and hide for cover when it’s time to do daily chores. She even has her pets on schedules. Each cat and her dog know when to expect their monthly baths! Yes! Her cats get bathe without clawing . . . They know the routine. She has an amazing dating life! She expect the men she dates to give her their best! Some would say she sounds like a “female dog,” but those who value their time and expect the most out of life would say she has it going on. I can tell you it’s Saturday and she is cleaning her home and she is planning to meet some successful guy later for dinner and or a movie. So, how are you spending your time today?

If you can control a man’s thinking you do not have to worry about his action. When you determine what a man shall think you do not have to concern yourself about what he will do. If you make a man feel that he is inferior, you do not have to compel him to accept an inferior status, for he will seek it himself. If you make a man think that he is justly an outcast, you do not have to order him to the back door. He will go without being told; and if there is no back door, his very nature will demand one. ~Carter G. Woodson

Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that but the really great make you feel that you too can become great. When you are seeking to bring big plans to fruition it is important with whom you regularly associate. Hang out with friends who are like-minded and who are also designing purpose-filled lives. Similarly be that kind of a friend for your friends. ~ Mark Twain
