“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” — John 10:10 (NIV)

Greetings from the beautiful mountains of Colorado! I’m sending up prayers that you are thriving today. If you’re walking through a tough season, I pray that the God who sees and knows everything begins to shift things in your favor, granting you the desires of your heart according to His glorious riches in Glory.
Yesterday, I shared that “falling isn’t the goal.” So, what is? Living an abundant life! Unfortunately, many of us miss out on that abundance because our souls are running on empty. When your soul is depleted, exhaustion becomes your baseline, and you may unknowingly drain the energy of those around you. This weight often begins in the mind—it’s your thinking that creates the “heavy” feeling you’re trying to escape. Let’s shift our perspective and refuel together.
A Prayer for Renewal
Heavenly Father, I come before You today on behalf of every soul feeling weary and heavy-laden. Lord, You are the God who restores. I ask that You pour Your supernatural strength into those who feel depleted, replacing their exhaustion with Your divine energy. Renew our minds, Lord, so that our thoughts align with Your truth rather than the weight of our circumstances. Help us to stop striving and start resting in Your presence, knowing that You are working all things for our good. We receive Your abundant life today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
