Dear Mr. and Mrs. Awram:

The death of your son is an unwanted shock the world hoped would never happen. Though I’ve never had a child to die I can only imagine the unmeasurable amount of pain you’re experiencing from grief. My heart goes out to you, your families, your loved ones, your country and the world. For we all prayed in different languages, faiths and beliefs that Ryan would survive the tragic fall.
