Prayer of St. Frances
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
Amen.
This is so deep it really inspired me I never really checked this out I know my political science teachers to something about it but then oh man I brought it to me again and now I really got a glimpse of it I should never forget this again because it’s in my head for real I was really deep though but that’s what’s up it’s going to help us black women understand what we really came from and it is sure is that where we going we on the right Road and if God is with us no one can be against us and it lets us know that it was a lord who was on our side all the time he had us in his hands now you got the whole world in his hands likewise love Latonya from chocs Ministry
Latony, thank you for your great comment. I’m sorry I didn’t see your comment until three years later. I tried to reach out to you but I had no luck. Wishing you the best life/God has to offer on your journey. ~Annette
